HILLSIDE HOUSE, STUDENT HOUSING
Clive Hudson Associates has previously engaged in design work on this site, namely the structural design for an eight-bedroom student housing unit at Hillside House, Alcroft Road, Reading, which commenced in mid 2016.
We are currently in the process of producing a full structural design and specification for the construction of a new seven-bedroom student housing unit, a new common room and laundry building for the new development and a modified six-bedroom housing unit. We have also been instructed to produce structural designs for retaining walls within the proposed new garden area at Hillside House.
