Conversion of a multi-storey, twelve-bedroom  retirement home and an independent one bedroom flat into a twelve-bedroom house of multiple occupancy with an independent one bedroom flat with a new car parking area and cycle store.

Structural work comprises various internal and external alterations including design of a retaining wall to allow for a light well for the basement and design of support for internal walls proposed for removal.
